It may be hard to make out what's going on at first, but I'm hoping the general idea is obvious after watching it a few times, without reading the title (which you've all already done, making this void)

If you can't tell still, there's two sea shells lying there (they fell from a plane, perhaps? Putting in sand would make it look shabby) and one lifts it to its ear (which emotes don't even have) and the music notes represent the ocean illusion you get from doing so. The other one either has a broken shell, or just doesn't get what's going on, so shakes it and lifts it up, and some water comes out.
