Huh, it appears that even one of (if not the) most popular emoticonists started out rather simple in shading style as well. Just surprising to know.

In any case, if you care, you should definitely think about making a revision. I'm sure with your current skills you'd come up with a masterpiece. (Not to mention the fact it'd probably make for a good submission for *EmoticonHQ's new emotes phase.)

Just thinking out loud here.

Well, that's because when I first started there was like 4 devoted emoticonists on the site. D: There wasn't much to learn from.

I very well could revise some of these, I actually planned to revise the older ones a long time ago but never got around to it.

I figured as much as I noticed a lot of the older emoticonists who originally contributed to the legend went for the same (or at least similar) simple style. I just thought it was interesting that you were one of them as your emotes' details are beyond most others.

If you plan to do some revisions, then that's fantastic.
