This was a commission from *livius, who wanted to show an emote being "hooted" at. Pretty much, bizzare snobby laughing from rich people as seen on an episode of the simpsons. Here's a clip of the hooting [link] (3rd down). My hooting is a tad faster because the animation looks smoother than way D:

This was an interesting emote to make, you probably won't see much art from me for a while because of private commissions and school starting again D: So enjoy this one :D
